Love Notes from our Sisters
“I loved my experience with Sisterly. It was a healing, safe space where we all could grow and discuss beautiful topics that not everyone has access to. I'm really grateful to have been a part of this group.” - S.B. ♡
“This container was just the nourishment and learning that I needed, that I think many of us need and crave. And Sharon and Alyse guided this all so beautifully, intuitively, and intentionally. I felt this was a gift to experience gathering in a circle of women, guided by the moon and our lovely sisters, discussing and embodying the most important and current aspects of ourselves, our femininity, and how we relate to it all. It was the perfect blend of practical knowledge, nourishing conversation, and emotional embodiment.” - I.K. ♡
Sharon and Alyse held the space beautifully and every time I walked in the room, I thought "I am home"... The series was incredibly helpful and taught me tools which help with gracefully navigating (often turbulent) emotions. The anger meditation was the most profound for me. As a woman, I often don't allow myself to feel anger since it's not really socially acceptable, or know how to express it healthily without suppressing it. The anger meditation lets me tap into that anger and I feel that I've made progress, and I am more able to accept it as valid emotion and let it live through me. Really grateful for this wonderful experience and would absolutely do it again. - V.B. ♡
